Return Policy

The only thing you should feel when you see your Bridehood products is a friendly connection with the brand. Now although we take great care to make sure that every product is made precisely and delivered properly, in case, you are still unhappy with our products you can return it back to us within 10 days of delivery. Please read through the guidelines below to understand the return process and policy in details:

  • In order to initiate the return process, notify us by emailing us at hello@bridehood.in with Order Return as the Subject.
  • If you have received a damaged or defective product, you have to notify us within 24 hours of delivery for the product to be valid for return. Please include all the details about the item.
  • Since we are a young, bootstrapped startup, the Shipping Charges charged on your order are non-refundable unless we have accidentally delivered a damaged/defective product.
  • Note that the products should be in new, undamaged and unused condition to be eligible for a return.
  • After initiating the return process, you can send the product back to us on the address mentioned in the email. Kindly ensure that the packaging is done properly to avoid any damage in transit. The shipping charges will not be refundable/reimbursed under any circumstances.
  • On receiving the products, our agents will check the product condition and if the product meets the guidelines, the refund will be initiated within 48 hours.
  • In case, a used, washed or damaged product is returned to us, no refund shall be made and on payment of shipping charges, the product will then be delivered back to you.
  • In all circumstances, proof of purchase must be retained and provided when requested for us to consider refunds or replacements.
  • Any item sold on discounted sale prices will NOT be taken in return or exchanged.
